You must drive the Mr. Whoopee ice cream van around Vice City, delivering "Ice Cream" to the citizens. Simply turn the jingles on (press L3) and cruise around slowly until you find an interested person (signified by the huge pink arrow from the heavens). Whenever you stop near a likely pedestrian you'll find a crowd suddenly becoming hungry...
To complete the Distribution mission, you must deliver 50 "ice creams" - but every four you deliver gets you a wanted star. The police get a little suspect when a large crowd of adults hang around an ice cream van... Just drive around a little to get rid of the star and resume. You should be aware that if you don't rid yourself of the star, you'll acquire another one 4 ice creams later - so by selling 24 ice creams without stopping to ditch the stars, you'll get pursued by tanks...
