Off the south-west shore of the East island are three wooden shacks, built on stilts in the water. The package is located on the furthest south-west of these three. You will need a helicopter to land on the platform - or a boat to access the lower level of the platform if you're feeling lucky (but I wouldn't recommend it) - and the package is against the north "wall".

Off the south-west shore of the East island is a collection of rocks, jutting out from the water. The package is located on the middle of the rocks - there are two larger rocks and it is the northern of these two. You will need a helicopter, but it is quite tricky to land the chopper on the rocks. I try to straddle the north-east/south-west faces of the rock with the package on it, and hope that it doesn't slide down to the south-east into the water. The package is on the south-west face of the rock.

At the south-easternmost point of the East island there is a lighthouse. It is accessible by foot/bike/car/golf kart, so not hard to get to. The package is located on the steps of the lighthouse.

A little further to the west is a house with a helipad outside - again easily accessible. The package is on the steps behind the house.

Directly north of the last package is the Ocean Beach Marina, where you will take missions from Cortez. Opposite the marina is an underground parking garage. Enter this, turn left and proceed all the way to the end. The package is against the western wall.

As you progress north on the road past the Marina, you will notice two buildings to your left with steps leading up to them. Continue round the road, and turn left at the end to go past the Ocean Beach Hospital. Turn in to the hospital and go around the right hand side until you meet the water's edge. Follow the shore round - and up - to the left and you'll end up behind the buildings you saw. The package is behind the westernmost of the two, near to the edge of the land.

This package is on the roof of the building across the round to the east of the Ocean Beach mall. To get there you can either enter the mall's car park (there is a spiral ramp to the north-east of the mall), climb to the roof and attempt to jump across the road, using the ramp of the car park itself (this is actually a Unique Jump also), then use one of the aiconditioning vents on the south side of the building you land on to get across to the package - a PCJ-600 is an absolute must for this approach, or you can use a helicopter. Package 8 is a little to the north of package 6 (but geographically more northern than package 7, hence the ordering). Follow the same approach as you did to package 6, but instead turn right at the water's edge. You'll see one of the bridge supports ahead of you - it has a narrow parapet running around the base. Jump down onto the parapet and follow it around. On the west side is the hidden package. It's slightly easier to get back to dry land by carrying on round to the north/east - and indeed you can get access to the package this way too. But it saved some typing...

It's easier to get this package with a helicopter, although once you know where it is, it's obvious how to get to it on foot.
Opposite the alleyway where you start (to the east) is a very, very tall pink building. To the north of this is a small patio section with a swimming pool (in which you can land a helicopter - handy!). There is an armour pick up next to the swimming pool, and the package is next to that.

Opposite Ken Rosenburg's office is a property Tommy can buy (1102 Washington Street). The package is simply on the back porch.
