Vice City's Haitian population is seemingly governed by a matriarch - Auntie Poulet. There's an unspoken air of the Voodoo around her, and she certianly makes a great cup of tea. Her missions are not so much anti-Cuban, as the Cubans were anti-Haitian, but pro-Haitian. Which is odd, bearing in mind that as soon as you've finished the last Haitian mission, the Haitians will shoot you on sight...
Subtitles on (and spot the typo in the game...). Auntie Poulet wants you to retrieve some "powders" so that the police don't get their hands on them. And BOY are you going to need some armour and weaponry for this one.
Make your way to the briefcase - it's on a rooftop next to the junk yard. When you pick it up you'll be fired upon by SWAT, and given a 60 second time limit to get to the next one. AND get two wanted stars for your trouble. Hotfoot it to the next case - it's on a street corner in Little Haiti. And now you have FOUR wanted stars. Head due north from this one down the alleyway leading towards Auntie Poulet's to pick up a police bribe. It makes your life slightly easier - especially in the immediate future. Carry on through Auntie Poulet's patch to the next package, which is just to the north of her house in a little recess formed by some yellow buildings. And you've now got FIVE wanted stars (imagine if you hadn't picked up that bribe - you'd now have tanks after you). Spin the car around and head due south through the alley across the street - you'll hit a ramp and pick up another bribe (this is also a Unique Jump) to take you back down to four. Then saunter back to Auntie Poulet.
Mission Reward: $1000
A superb and highly enjoyable mission. You must get to the Top Fun van parked next to the west island's east strip. Here you're given control of the RC Baron planes, but this time they have bombs!
It's tricky to judge this correctly, but try to drop bombs from as low as possible, just as the object passes the bottom of the screen - you need to take out two boats and a car with the bombs, and you get three planes to do it with. Not too hard and plenty of fun.
Mission Reward: $2000
There's a fight between Cubans and Haitians - you must make sure the Haitians win, without being seen by the Cubans...
There's a rooftop just north of the fight - and just east of Auntie Poulet's. Head up there and take aim with the sniper rifle, but don't get too close to the edge there. Just use the rifle to pop heads, making sure you hit only those with a pink arrow over their head - they're the Cubans. If all the Haitians die, you fail.
Just when it looks like you're winning, a Burrito-load of five Cubans turns up - mash 'em. And just when it looks like you're winning THAT one, seven more Cubans run in from the northeast - one armed with a Katana, naughty. Take them out too.
Don't get too trigger-happy. Each Cuban you kill means there's a Haitian who can help a friend beat up another Cuban. Similarly, each Haitian you kill means there's now two Cubans one one Haitian somewhere. Take aim carefully.
Mission Reward: $5000; Cuban contact point reopened at Cafe Robina.
