• Complete all 36 Unique Jumps.
  
• Complete all 35 Rampages.
  
• Collect all 100 Hidden Packages.
  
• Knock-off all 15 shops.
  
• Acheive Vigilante mission level 12.
  
• Acheive Paramedic mission level 12.
  
• Acheive Firefighter mission level 12.
  
• Acheive Pizza Delivery mission level 10.
  
• Drop-off 100 passengers in Taxi.
  
• Place first in Hotring event. - Hyman Stadium.
  
• Survive 1 minute in the Bloodring - Hyman Stadium.
  
• Complete the Dirtring - Hyman Stadium.
  
• Complete the Test Track - Downtown.
  
• Complete the Trial By Dirt - Downtown.
  
• Complete all four Chopper Checkpoint missions.
  
• Complete all three Top Fun RC missions.
  
• Complete Cone Crazy mission - Ocean Beach.
  
• Complete PCJ-600 mission - Ocean Beach.
  
• Own all property.
  
• Place 1st in all 6 Vice Street Racer events.
